Returns Policy

You may return most new merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that it has not been damaged, washed, altered, or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.

In Store Returns: In store returns are free of charge.  Bring the item you wish to return to the Thunderbirds front office located at 45 Bruce Landon Way, Springfield, MA 01103 or to the merchandise stand at any in-season game at the MassMutual Center.  Please be sure to bring your receipt or packing slip with you.

Returns By Mail: We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. The Springfield Thunderbirds are not responsible for lost or missing return packages. You may return items to Springfield Thunderbirds ATTN: RETURNS, 45 Bruce Landon Way, Springfield, MA 01103.

Refunds for Online Purchases: Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.  If you mail in your return, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchanging Items by Mail: If for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product, we will be happy to exchange it for a new one. If you wish to exchange an item by mail, follow the return procedure. The item will be processed and a new item will be issued with that shipping free of charge. You will receive an email confirmation.


Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  If you would like an order shipped to a location outside of the United States, please contact us to get an accurate shipping quote.  When you place an order, we will charge a $10 flat rate shipping fee for any order within the Continental U.S.. 

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.

The Springfield Thunderbirds may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
